Collection and Use
Information related to observations by individuals, that may or may constitute a hazard that might affect Air Force employees or facilities, is collected for trending and analysis of hazards, to meet the Air Force Safety mission goals to prevent hazards and preserve combat capability. Information is only disclosed to approved Department of Defense employees. Any information submitted by the user of this application is solely up to the user's discretion to disclose. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR SUBMIT ANY INFORMATION THROUGH THIS APPLICATION.
Third Party Use
Third parties have no access to data collected via this mobile based application.
Data retention or revocation
All data is retained, with the exception of data deemed to be delivered or provided in a nefarious nature, or deemed a duplicate of data already provided.
Disclosure
The device specific data we collect are: device operating system, device region, device uuid, device type, device sdk, and application version. This data is collected solely for debugging and resolution of user reported errors.
